Creative Asset Retention and Deletion

Uploaded and generated image objects currently have no automatic expiration period in our storage backend. They may also be processed or copied by the AI service providers needed to complete a request.

For signed-in tasks, choosing Delete in My Creations sends an authenticated DELETE /api/my-creations/{id} request. The current backend soft-deletes the task record so it no longer appears in account history; it does not delete the underlying uploaded or generated image object, or copies held by a processing provider. Do not upload sensitive family material unless this retention behavior is acceptable to you. Contact support@bananaproai.app with privacy questions before uploading.
