Two small choices change how the cutout reads once you place it somewhere else. You can mix any crop with any edge.
Head and neck
Keeps the neck down to the collarbone and drops the shoulders and clothing. The head looks less “floating”, which helps on collages, profile pictures, and team pages.
Clean edge
A plain alpha edge with nothing added. Pick this when you will drop the head onto another photo or add your own outline later.
White sticker border
Adds one even white border that hugs the head and hair, like a die-cut sticker. It stays readable on dark and busy backgrounds and is ready for sticker sheets and chat stickers.

Long hair, curls, and flyaways
Hair is kept strand by strand, including hair that falls below the chin in a head-only crop. Extremely wispy flyaways against a similar-coloured background may be simplified.
Earrings, hats, headbands, and glasses
Accessories that touch the head stay attached. Hat brims keep their full width, and lenses stay see-through when the source shows the eyes clearly.
Three-quarter and turned heads
Turned heads keep their angle. The model may zoom and re-center the head, so the PNG is not the same size or position as the head in your original.
Exact likeness
On a clear portrait the face stays close to the original, but it is redrawn: skin texture, freckles, and small asymmetries can change slightly. Compare side by side before you print or publish.
Small faces in group photos
With several people, the tool keeps the largest, most central face. If that face is small in the frame, it is enlarged and noticeably re-imagined. Crop tightly around one person before uploading.

Will the face look exactly like the original photo?
Close, but not pixel-identical. Face Cutout redraws the head, so on a clear portrait the likeness, expression, and lighting match while fine skin texture can change slightly. Small faces, such as one person in a wide group photo, change more. Always compare the result with the original before printing or publishing.
What happens if there are several people in the photo?
