What is a tattoo font generator?
A tattoo font generator helps you judge how a name, date, or short line will read in a chosen lettering style before you commit to it. Banana Pro AI gives you two distinct outputs: an editable Classic layout that becomes a transparent PNG, and an AI artwork image that can add ornament around the words.
Start with Classic when legibility and fast side-by-side comparison matter most. Choose AI lettering when you want gothic flourishes, expressive script, or a composed image that a fixed font cannot draw. In either mode, inspect the spelling and letter spacing at the size you intend to use.
How to preview and download tattoo lettering
Type your words in Classic mode, compare the 19 named styles, set an ink color, and switch among paper and four skin tones. Download the active font as one transparent PNG, or check several fonts to receive one PNG per font in a ZIP. The preview surface is never baked into the Classic file.

Can I preview a tattoo font without generating an AI image?
Yes. Classic mode draws your text locally in the browser as you edit it. Changing words, font, ink, or preview surface uses no generation credits.
What can I type in Classic mode?
Enter 1–60 characters using Latin letters, numbers, spaces, and standard punctuation. An empty entry or unsupported character shows an error rather than exporting a substituted font. AI mode accepts 1–80 visible characters.
Is the skin tone included in the PNG?
No. Classic mode exports transparent PNG lettering; the five surfaces are only for preview. AI mode exports the actual generated image, including whatever background the image contains.
How do I download several tattoo fonts at once?
In Classic mode, check the fonts you want in the font grid and choose Download ZIP. Each selected font becomes its own transparent PNG file inside the ZIP.
Can I change the words in an AI result for free?
Editing the AI text field changes your next request, not the pixels in an existing image. Generate again to make a different artwork. Classic mode stays editable before every export.
What if a font or image fails to load?
A failed Classic font is marked unavailable and cannot be exported as another font. If an AI task is interrupted, resume the same task from the workbench; completed images remain available in My Creations.
