Three steps
Start with the sharpest honest file you have. Keep the original. Treat the download as a viewing copy of a reconstructed region, not a recovered medical record.
Choose a JPG, PNG, or WebP file up to 5 MB, with each side from 256 to 4,096 pixels and no more than 16 megapixels.

Check that unmarked face, clothing, and jewelry still match the source. The download is the original frame with reconstructed skin only inside the mask.

The model rebuilds plausible skin pixels in the marked ink. It cannot restore the original photograph of that skin from before the tattoo existed, and it is not a substitute for laser or clinical removal. Tight edges, dense color, and busy clothing seams need a slightly larger mark than the ink itself.

The current storage backend has no automatic expiry for uploaded or generated image objects. Delete in My Creations calls the authenticated creation-delete endpoint and soft-deletes the task record from account history; it does not delete the underlying image object or provider copy.
